What we sell

The VEYRA Case is a MagSafe compatible case for iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Material: artificial leather, soft-touch suede-feel finish. Screens show color differently, so the real color may look slightly different from the photos. The case helps with everyday bumps and scuffs; it has not been drop tested and is not rated for drop protection.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the US is free.
• Prices shown don't include sales tax. Where we are required to collect it, it is added before you pay.
• You can cancel an order for a full refund until it goes to our production partner. Message us through our contact page with your order number. After that, our return policy applies.
• Your order is accepted when payment goes through and you see a confirmation. If we can't fill an order (for example a pricing mistake, a stock problem, or suspected fraud), we cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Delivery usually takes 24 to 35 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, message us and we'll chase it. We're responsible for your order until it is delivered.

Returns and warranty

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused case in its original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are shipped back at your cost; if the case is defective, the return is free. 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover normal wear, scuffs or accidental damage. To claim, send us your order number and a photo through our contact page, and we'll replace the case free. Your phone

We're responsible for the case, not for damage to your phone, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

iPhone and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. VEYRA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
