You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Send us your order number through our contact page and we'll send the steps.

Condition

Cases should be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method and email you to confirm.

Defective items

Is something wrong with your case? If it's defective, send us a photo through our contact page. We'll cover the return and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return shipping. If the case is defective, the return is free.

Return address

Start your return through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and steps.

Warranty

1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover normal wear, scuffs or accidental damage. To claim, send us your order number and a photo through our contact page, and we'll replace the case free.
